Duke Health’s Nicoleta Ecnomou, PhD, served on a panel for the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) AI Showcase Stage II Webinar, a fireside chat featuring the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Coalition for Health AI (CHAI), on July 21, 2023. The theme of the webinar was 'Trustworthy and Responsible AI', where a panel of experts introduced the AMIA AI Showcase, CHAI and the NIST Risk Management Framework. Dr. Economou’s presentation not only garnered praise but also keen interest from AMIA leadership.
