Exciting news from the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI)! Dr. Michael Pencina, Duke Health’s Chief Data Scientist and Director of Duke AI Health, will be joining CHAI’s newly announced Board of Directors. This announcement also included the appointment of CHAI's CEO, Dr. Brian Anderson, and the establishment of several advisory boards: Health System & Provider, Patient & Community Advocacy, Industry, Start-up & Investor, and Government. Dr. Pencina will serve alongside notable leaders including John Halamka, Suchi Saria, Nigam Shah, Eric Horvitz, Morgan Cheatham, Jennifer Goldsack, Troy Tazbaz, and Micky Tripathi, furthering CHAI’s mission to advance responsible AI in healthcare.
