Evolving Regulatory Landscape and Best Practices for Local Oversight
Duke researchers, including members of the ABCDS Oversight Committee and the Duke-Margolis Institute for Health Policy, have published a review of algorithm-based clinical decision support systems. The article details the historical and regulatory landscape in which these technologies have emerged and outlines best practices for implementing and governing these algorithms in clinical care.
