The Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) has released its highly anticipated “Blueprint for Trustworthy AI Implementation Guidance and Assurance for Healthcare."

ABCDS Oversight Director Nicoleta Economou, PhD, and Duke’s Ben Goldstein, PhD, and Eric Poon, MD, MPH, FACMI, were invited by Penn Medicine to introduce Duke’s Algorithm Based Clinical Decision Support (ABCDS) Oversight framework.

In early March, Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy’s Christina Silcox highlighted Algorithm Based Clinical Decision Support (ABCDS) Oversight in an important, high-visibility meeting convened by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

ABCDS Oversight Evaluation Lead Sophia Bessias, MPH, MSA, presented at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Annual Meeting in Las Vegas. Her talk, titled “From Theory to Practice: Implementing Governance of Clinical Algorithms at Duke Health.”
